AH, RAINY NIGHTS – in this strange place, it doesn’t seem as tranquil as she once remembered it to be, and memories of forks rattle through her. it’s hard to tell if it’s these recollections that ignite the eerie vibe she’s starting to pick up on, or if it’s the insistent downpour and enveloping darkness surrounded by unfamiliarity that is bringing about some level of insecurity in being here. to be fair, she’s a little bit trapped, standing under some overhead along the street-side, and on top of that, she’s beginning to think she doesn’t quite know her way back to where she came from. that’s the thing about unfamiliar places. but she see’s someone – !! and with that, an opportunity. what even is the time, now? surely a time that dictated that barely anyone would be around. at least she has an umbrella, that she opens up as she jogs to the girls side. she tries to share the coverage she has from the rain with her, as she starts, ❛ hey! hey, i’m sorry to bother you out here. i’m trying to find where i parked my truck. i think it was off of a, uhh, hunter street, somewhere near a convenience store. i might be wrong in that. ❜
